Individual Therapy

One of the constants of life is growth and change, both as individuals and within our relationships. We all go through many transitions in life, such as entering into a long-term commitment or getting married, getting a divorce or going through a break-up, a pregnancy and/or birth, a move to a new home or location, starting a new job, the illness or death of a loved one, etc. These events can bring about a wide range of emotions as we cope with the change that comes with them, and it can be helpful to have support along the way. Erica works with adults 18 years and older in navigating the inevitable but sometimes difficult changes that come with being human, as well as helps them find self growth and authenticity along the way.
