Every relationship goes through seasons—some full of joy and ease, others marked by distance and disconnection. Whether you're navigating a major life change, struggling to communicate, or healing after a betrayal, couples therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and find your way forward together.

Life doesn’t always slow down when you need it to. You may be juggling big decisions, overwhelming expectations, or an inner voice that won’t let you rest. Maybe you’re trying to manage anxiety, navigate a major transition, or show up for everyone else while feeling disconnected from yourself.
Individual therapy offers a space to pause and listen—to what you’re feeling, what you need, and who you’re becoming.
You’re planning for a future together—now is the time to invest in the relationship that will carry you forward. Whether you’re engaged, newly married, or seriously considering a long-term commitment, premarital therapy helps you prepare not just for a wedding, but for a lifetime of growth, connection, and partnership.

Erica is a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator. PREPARE/ENRICH is one of the leading premarital curriculum programs, providing a research-backed assessment tool designed to help couples deepen their understanding of one another and develop practical relationship skills.

Erica is a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP) and works with individuals who are experiencing burnout and/or compassion fatigue due to their job as helping professionals or educators.

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. It can look like never being able to relax, overthinking, a racing mind that won’t slow down, and constant worry about what might go wrong. Whether your anxiety is tied to stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, past trauma, or just seems to “always be there,” therapy can help you find relief and reconnect with a calmer version of yourself.

Change—whether chosen or unexpected—can be both exciting and overwhelming. Even positive transitions can stir up grief, anxiety, uncertainty, or a sense of losing your footing. Maybe you're starting over. Maybe everything around you has shifted, and you're still catching up emotionally. Or maybe you're standing at a crossroads, unsure what comes next. Therapy offers a steady, nonjudgmental space to process change and move forward with clarity and care.

Families are complex. Even when there’s love, there can be misunderstandings, tension, or long-standing patterns that make honest connection feel difficult. Whether you're navigating changing roles as your children grow up, struggling to set healthy boundaries, or feeling disconnected as a family, therapy can help you move forward with greater clarity, care, and connection.
Family therapy offers a space where everyone’s voice matters—and where healing and change can begin.
